Driving Instructions from Davis Graham and Stubbs LLP:
The primary approaches to 3400 Walnut Street are (a) from most locations via the Washington Street exit off I-70, (b) from Lower Downtown via Market Street, or (c) from Central Denver via Downing Street. We strongly encourage guests to consult a GPS navigation app before driving into the RiNo area, as traffic on these routes can vary greatly, depending on the time of day.
Parking:
The Paradigm River North parking garage is located in the alley on the east side of the building between 34th & 35th Streets and is marked by a blue “P” sign. Parkers should enter the alley from 34th Street and drive into the garage until reaching the valet stand. The parking garage is a valet service only. If you drive an electric car and plan to park in the garage, please bring an extra set of keys for the valet attendant. Garage parking costs $12 per two hours (Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 6 PM) or $21 for the daily maximum (Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 6 PM). Limited free street parking is also available.
Once in the building, please check in with the security guard on the first floor to be sent to the sixth floor.
